Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of this website (www.tmlcacademy.in) and your enrollment in TMLC Academy programs, operated by The Machine Learning Company (“TMLC”, “we”), Pune, Maharashtra, India. By enrolling in a program or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

Programs are open to learners aged 18 and above. By enrolling you confirm the information you provide (name, contact details) is accurate — it is how we deliver your access and support.

Enrollment & access

Program access is personal and non-transferable; one enrollment admits one learner. Guided-program materials (recordings, code, templates) remain available for 2 years from enrollment; Academy Live access runs for the paid subscription year. Enrollment is confirmed on receipt of payment, and seats in a cohort are allocated in payment order.

Program changes

We may update curriculum content, tools, session timings, or mentors to keep programs current. If we cancel a program outright, you may choose an alternative cohort or a full refund as described in the Refund Policy.

Acceptable use & intellectual property

Course materials — recordings, slides, code templates, and written content — are TMLC’s intellectual property, licensed to you for individual learning. Redistribution, resale, public re-publication, or sharing of access credentials is not permitted and may result in termination of access without refund. Projects you build during a program are yours, including capstone work you showcase publicly.

Payments, pricing & refunds

Prices are listed in INR, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and may change between cohorts — the price shown at your checkout is the price you pay. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy — program fees are non-refundable, with narrow exceptions stated there.

Certificates

Completion certificates are issued to learners who complete the stated program requirements. Certificates attest to program completion; they are not academic degrees or government-recognized qualifications.

Disclaimers & liability

Programs are provided on an as-is basis. Career outcomes, salaries, and transitions described on this site reflect individual learner results and are illustrative, not guarantees. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TMLC’s aggregate liability for any claim relating to a program or this website is limited to the fees you paid for that program.

Website use

You agree not to disrupt, probe, or attempt unauthorized access to this website. Content on this site may not be scraped or reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or the programs.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Material changes affecting an active enrollment will be communicated to enrolled learners.
