Privacy Policy

This policy describes what The Machine Learning Company (“TMLC”, “we”) collects and how we use it when you visit www.tmlcacademy.in or enroll in a TMLC Academy program. We collect the minimum we need to run the programs, and we do not sell your personal information.

What we collect

What you share with us. When you contact us on WhatsApp, email, or phone — including through the enrollment form on this site — we receive the details you choose to share: your name, contact information, program of interest, and your message. The enrollment form itself stores nothing on our servers; it composes a WhatsApp message that you send.

Usage data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used — pages visited, buttons clicked, approximate region. This data is not tied to your name or contact details by us.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies (the _ga family) to distinguish returning visits. You can block or clear these in your browser settings, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on; the site works fully without them. We set no other tracking cookies.

How we use your information

To respond to enquiries, deliver programs you enroll in, provide learner support, and send cohort or session updates you have asked for. We do not run cold marketing to numbers or addresses collected here, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Third parties

Conversations happen over WhatsApp (Meta), under Meta’s own terms and privacy policy. Payments are processed by the payment provider named at the time of payment — we do not see or store your card or banking details. Analytics data is processed by Google under its terms. We share personal information with no other third parties, except where required by law.

Retention

Enrollment and support records are kept while your program access is active (up to 2 years for guided programs) and for as long after as tax and accounting law requires. Enquiry conversations that do not lead to enrollment are kept only as long as needed to answer you.

Your rights & choices

You can ask us at any time to review, correct, or delete the contact information we hold about you, or to stop receiving updates — message us on WhatsApp or email info@tmlcacademy.in. We honor requests consistent with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Grievances

If you believe your data has been mishandled, write to info@tmlcacademy.in with the subject “Privacy grievance” — we respond within 7 business days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or programs evolve; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
