Inside the Workflow

One product, six artefacts you keep

Every session ends in something real — a spec, a prototype, a configured repo, a reviewed feature, a test suite, a deployment. This is what the cohort actually produces.

Session 01 produces a product requirements document. The example shows acceptance criterion AC-14 — a non-member cannot post to a private channel — broken into six testable conditions.

Session 02 turns the requirements into an interactive Claude Design prototype, and that prototype into the first implementation of the channel membership rule.

Session 03 produces the configured repository — architecture decision records, a high-level design, and the CLAUDE.md project instructions Claude works under.

Session 04 builds the feature. Claude reads the spec and the architecture record, proposes a four-file plan, waits for your approval, then runs the tests.

Session 05 generates the test suite from the acceptance criteria. Each of the six cases traces back to a condition written in AC-14.

Session 06 ships it. The delivery pipeline runs six gates: review, build, tests, security scan, a tagged image, and a verified staging deploy with a rollback plan.

No. The programme covers repository setup, project instructions, planning, permissions and development workflows from the beginning.

No. The product engineering workflow applies across Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, .NET and other stacks. Live demonstrations use a defined reference stack to keep sessions consistent.

Yes — a separate Claude subscription is required and is not included in the programme fee. We'll guide you through setup before Session 01.

Yes. Every session is recorded and made available to all participants, so you can catch up if you miss a live session and revisit the walkthroughs while you build your capstone.
