Refund Policy

This policy applies to all programs sold on this website: the GenAI Program, the AI Agents Program, and Academy Live.

Fees are non-refundable

All program fees are final and non-refundable, whether or not you attend sessions or access the materials. A seat purchased in a cohort is reserved for you and planned into that cohort’s capacity, which is why we cannot return it to sale later.

Decide before you pay — we’ll help

Because fees are non-refundable, we encourage you to resolve every doubt before enrolling. Message us on WhatsApp with your questions — curriculum fit, schedule, prerequisites, outcomes — and we will answer honestly, including telling you if a program is not the right fit for you.

What you keep

Your enrollment includes full access to all program materials for the access period stated at purchase — 2 years from enrollment for the guided programs, and the paid subscription year for Academy Live — even if you cannot attend live sessions.

Missed your cohort?

If your schedule changes after payment, ask us — before your cohort starts — about moving your enrollment to the next cohort of the same program. We accommodate one such transfer where seats allow, at no extra cost.

Exceptions

We refund in full: duplicate or erroneous payments (the extra charge is returned once traced), and cases where we cancel a program and you do not wish to join an alternative cohort. Refunds under these exceptions are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
